Spectators: 6642 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1642, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Silvano Oidor kicked off to start the match. If Silvano Oidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Oidor in the 6th minute of play forced Cañuelas's goalkeeper Bruno Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Cañuelas's Augusto Manni got a free kick in the 7th minute. Bruno Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Javiar in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, one of New World:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Silvano Oidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Eztebe having to interfere. After having played for 22 minutes, Silvano Oidor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New World's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Oidor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Augusto Manni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cañuelas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave New World the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Cañuelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Manni to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Filomeno Javiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. New World's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Javiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Eztebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Eztebe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvano Oidor's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Filomeno Javiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the game, one of New World:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 33 minutes, Cañuelas's Teo Hever got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Conrado Weather. The supporters of New World booed when Cañuelas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Odol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Oidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Silvano Oidor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Romo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Eztebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Silvano Oidor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Bruno Eztebe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnaldo Salamon made a kick off. After 51st play minutes Silvano Oidor shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Bruno Eztebe and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sixto Ranolfo during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sixto Ranolfo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Salamon kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Silvano Oidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Eztebe having to interfere. If Silvano Oidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Domingo Pueblo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 played minutes Cañuelas got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Salamon. Adrian Romo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 80 minutes into the match, New World's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Fernandes came free, but Conrado Weather reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute Humberto Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Weather saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvano Oidor, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cañuelas succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though New World had controlled the match.
