Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Igor Indartsu got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Mazarredo FC's Sergio Vellito got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 8th minute Evelio Gaztea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Beturian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When San Isidro's Evelio Gaztea in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mazarredo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Celedonio Chinto's late challenge caught a San Isidro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celedonio Chinto helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Mazarredo FC got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Chinto. Valentin Beturian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Hernandez in the 15th minute of play. Evelio Gaztea scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valentin Beturian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Evelio Gaztea struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Valentin Beturian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Isidro. 30 minutes into the game, Marcelo Hernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Valentin Beturian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Isidro Cheche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Celedonio Berdaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Berdaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Chinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Anacleto Txartiko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Berdaitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 42nd minute, Rodrigo Hats got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. San Isidro's Celedonio Berdaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save San Isidro from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evelio Gaztea made a kick off. Raimundo Ospin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Valentin Beturian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, one of Mazarredo FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 56th minute there was a penalty for San Isidro. Candido Geleberto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Valentin Beturian. 1-3. In the 59th minute, Rodrigo Hats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, San Isidro's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Indartsu came free, but Celedonio Berdaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 played minutes San Isidro got a freekick which was hit by Eray Orkut. Evelio Gaztea did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Valentin Beturian 65 minutes into the match. Marcelo Hernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Beturian having to interfere. Marcelo Hernandez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentin Beturian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute Igor Indartsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Berdaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Mazarredo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Txartiko to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 minutes of play, Mazarredo FC's Anacleto Txartiko made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celedonio Berdaitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 88 minutes, Anier Matthew mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mazarredo FC and the San Isidro players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anier Matthew hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Raimundo Ospin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evelio Gaztea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Beturian having to interfere. Rodrigo Hats charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Hats the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 97 minutes of play San Isidro's Rodrigo Hats was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, San Isidro's Rodrigo Hats got a free kick in the 97th minute. The San Isidro supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing San Isidro would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
