Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Los Pibitos's Nemesio Faron started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Los Pibitos booed when Grupo Universitario FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque George didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13thth minute of the game Nemesio Faron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grupo Universitario FC's Anibal Ioritz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th match minute, Los Pibitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Gora to maneuver through the defense. When Los Pibitos's Nemesio Faron in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grupo Universitario FC's goalie prevented a goal. Los Pibitos's Angelino Evarado got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Grupo Universitario FC's Roque George got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Mauro Uzuri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anibal Ioritz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Faron in the 36th minute of play. Roque George recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 52nd minute, Pedro Enaut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grupo Universitario FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 56thth minute of the game Nemesio Faron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grupo Universitario FC's Anibal Ioritz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jacinto Pacorro made in the 60th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Roque George however managed to control. A collision led to Grupo Universitario FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Melquiades Vermudo hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Los Pibitos's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Enaut came free, but Romulo Chus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltasar Nikola kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Los Pibitos's Jesus Berdoi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anibal Ioritz. Anibal Ioritz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. A hard shot 75 in the game by Nemesio Faron from a close distance when the talented Anibal Ioritz managed to make a qualified save. Grupo Universitario FC's players were relieved. 78 minutes into the game, Grupo Universitario FC's Pedro Enaut nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romulo Chus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Enaut in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romulo Chus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The throw-in from Jacinto Pacorro in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Los Pibitos's Marco Bernabel. Pedro Enaut scored 3-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romulo Chus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Grupo Universitario FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
