In the 19th minute, Abelardo Gilabert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Pacho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Aaron Pacho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Eneko in the 25th minute of play. Isaac Curcio kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. c.a.villa soll's Aaron Pacho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Goiz in the 42nd minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, CORDOBA's goalkeeper Téo Tasso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bonifacio Froila. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. George Grigore was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Arnoldo Eneko could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Aaron Pacho however easily saved by the left post. After 57 played minutes CORDOBA got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Bittor. In the 65th minute Abelardo Gilabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Pacho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Silvio Goiz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aaron Pacho. That made the score 0-3 in the 73 minute of play. Aaron Pacho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnoldo Eneko in the 84th minute. The supporters of CORDOBA booed when c.a.villa soll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Curcio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnoldo Eneko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over CORDOBA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than c.a.villa soll throughout the match.
