In the 11th match minute, NTVG FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Selatse to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Patricio Millano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When 刘岩远 came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the NTVG FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 刘岩远 couldn't finish the play. The supporters of NTVG FC booed when Samuhú AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Erauso didn't get a good kick on the ball. NTVG FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but 刘岩远 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st match minute, Samuhú AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Haitz to maneuver through the defense. In the 32ndth minute of the game Patricio Millano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samuhú AFC's Cristobal Efren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anier Maxin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Samuhú AFC's zone, Patricio Millano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristobal Efren came out of the goal and Patricio Millano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Millano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Patricio Millano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The referee ignored Samuhú AFC's protests and gave Andres Ixona a yellow card for diving instead. NTVG FC's Alejandro Gudesteo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Maxin in the 93rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Anier Maxin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samuhú AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anier Maxin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejandro Gudesteo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Samuhú AFC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
