Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) With a little luck, Merceditas's Saverio Lamberto got control of the ball when Anier Maxin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 6th minute, Anier Maxin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Anier Maxin came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Samuhú AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Maxin couldn't finish the play. Cristobal Efren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ceferino Bidun went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Samuhú AFC's zone, Ceferino Bidun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristobal Efren came out of the goal and Ceferino Bidun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Haitz in the 18th minute of play forced Merceditas's goalkeeper Saverio Lamberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anier Maxin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Saverio Lamberto made a huge save. A collision led to Merceditas getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Teodoro Tercero hit a great ball. Cristobal Efren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Delfino in the 27th minute of the match. Damian Haitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Saverio Lamberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Samuhú AFC's Anier Maxin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saverio Lamberto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anier Maxin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Saverio Lamberto firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 42nd minute, Damian Haitz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Saverio Lamberto. The goal made the score 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justino Delfino to make the kick off. Justino Delfino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Efren having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Anier Maxin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Teodosio Eguntsenti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samuhú AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Merceditas the free kick. After a rather tough play, Samuhú AFC's Teodosio Eguntsenti got a free kick in the 57th minute. Merceditas's Justino Delfino got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luciano Clis charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Clis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Saverio Lamberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Maxin in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Damian Haitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Damian Haitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samuhú AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Damian Haitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saverio Lamberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ceferino Bidun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Maxin struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Saverio Lamberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samuhú AFC. If Ceferino Bidun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Haitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Saverio Lamberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Samuhú AFC had played much better football throughout.
