Spectators: 6638 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomás Tebaldo got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Tomás Tebaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Savion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5 minutes Boca Juniors's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomás Tebaldo who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on La Villa's corner Bernardo Admon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Domingos Savion quite easily take care of the ball. Mauro Cesario kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Przemyslaw Tipinski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Balasi to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Przemyslaw Tipinski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Villa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 15th minute, one of Boca Juniors:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Boca Juniors. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Admon in the 24th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Domingos Savion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Victoriano Pirro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boca Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Villa the free kick. The supporters of La Villa booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Pirro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Tebaldo, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Domingos Savion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Przemyslaw Tipinski in the 29th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Tomás Tebaldo sped through Boca Juniors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Domingos Savion. 34 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Tebaldo came free, but Domingos Savion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Przemyslaw Tipinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 40th minute Bjarne Sundnæs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Savion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boca Juniors's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomás Tebaldo was slow to take the kick. During this time La Villa's players had a chance to rest. Victoriano Pirro thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Domingos Savion, a very annoying self made goal in the 41st minute which led to 0-4. Domingos Savion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Admon in the 45th minute of the match. Cayetano Lidon kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Honrio to make the kick off. Rigoberto Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Honrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. When Brian Dechamps fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Villa's protests and gave Brian Dechamps a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes, Boca Juniors's Aurelio Oro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rigoberto Barros came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Boca Juniors reached it. Boca Juniors's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tomás Tebaldo 59 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. In the 63rd minute Tomás Tebaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Savion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingos Savion was a little too slow when Tomás Tebaldo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-7. Przemyslaw Tipinski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Domingos Savion made a huge save. Tomás Tebaldo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Domingos Savion skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bernardo Admon struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Domingos Savion didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Villa. La Villa's Rigoberto Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Cesario in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Loreto came free, but Domingos Savion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the La Villa defense, Mariano Honrio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rigoberto Barros. The La Villa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rigoberto Barros should have stopped the shot. 92 minutes into the match, Brian Dechamps notched a goal, 1-9, to the right of Boca Juniors's Domingos Savion. Domingos Savion was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
