Benito Clementi kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 10 minutes in the game, Americo Quintyn fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ariel Fraco having to interfere. In the 10th minute Americo Quintyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Fraco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Americo Quintyn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Raszkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 28 minutes, Americo Quintyn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paso a Paso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Quintyn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Igor Raszkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Fabian Cordeara put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ariel Fraco.

The wind increased when Raul Piarres made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Bartolo Mosen threw the ball into play from the sideline. Paso a Paso's Florencio Guib quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 56th minute, Benito Clementi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute, Igor Raszkiewicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ariel Fraco came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Paso a Paso's Igor Raszkiewicz. But to his dismay, Igor Raszkiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. If Benito Clementi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Hats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Piarres in the 75th minute of the match. If Igor Raszkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Hats was a little too slow when Atilano Vellito got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Raul Piarres kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roberto Hats. That made the score 3-3 in the 88 minute of play. Roberto Hats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Piarres, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Igor Raszkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paso a Paso were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
