The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Club Maza Dep. Social's Clemente Domiku got control of the ball when Lucio Odilon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucio Odilon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 25th playminute. Social fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When Club Maza Dep. Social fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melquiades Barros made a kick off. Generoso Ereinotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Kismi in the 52nd minute of the match. Gaston Ferdinand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Tigre's Generoso Ereinotz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Tigre from getting a goal against them. Gaston Ferdinand struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Generoso Ereinotz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Maza Dep. Social. When Gaston Ferdinand came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Club Maza Dep. Social fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaston Ferdinand couldn't finish the play. Club Maza Dep. Social's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
