Benicio Dubardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Roderigo in the 19th minute of the match. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guido Harkaitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 45 minutes into the match, Mecoyita's goal looked a bit too open when Chappuis Lin came free, but Guido Harkaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Elefantes Del Sur F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Roderigo came free, but Benicio Dubardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Elefantes Del Sur F.C were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pablo Roderigo to make the kick off. Alejo Perez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Leandro Menendo notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Mecoyita's Guido Harkaitz. Guido Harkaitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 85 minutes, Ruben Guillem made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Mecoyita's Guido Harkaitz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Chappuis Lin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Elefantes Del Sur F.C's Gaspar Guillem ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guido Harkaitz. Guido Harkaitz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Elefantes Del Sur F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
