Silverio Karlo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Reyes having to interfere. In the 8th match minute, Mendoza City F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Abancens to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Vinicio Reyes managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Mendoza City F.C's Segundo Hori fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vinicio Reyes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Segundo Hori in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Aristides Gagriel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Clube de Miboa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mendoza City F.C the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruben Pelagius in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Natalio Constancio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Segundo Hori sped through Sporting Clube de Miboa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vinicio Reyes. If Enzo Henrico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Silverio Karlo came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Mendoza City F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silverio Karlo couldn't finish the play. After 26 played minutes Mendoza City F.C got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Henrico. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Segundo Hori sped through Sporting Clube de Miboa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vinicio Reyes. When Severino Nabar fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Clube de Miboa's protests and gave Severino Nabar a yellow card for diving instead. Severino Nabar hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Enzo Henrico kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Silverio Karlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ruben Pelagius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Natalio Constancio having to make a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Segundo Hori made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Hori in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinicio Reyes saved Sporting Clube de Miboa from getting behind. In the 55th minute, Severino Nabar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silverio Karlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Vinicio Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mendoza City F.C's Segundo Hori got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube de Miboa's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Hori came free, but Vinicio Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 minutes, Enzo Henrico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mendoza City F.C and the Sporting Clube de Miboa players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Mendoza City F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Henrico to maneuver through the defense. Natalio Constancio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Julian Galtero. The audience was convinced that Segundo Hori's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vinicio Reyes was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Aristides Gagriel hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Vinicio Reyes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Hori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube de Miboa's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Hori came free, but Vinicio Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinicio Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Hori in the 84th minute of play. Segundo Hori's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vinicio Reyes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. If Segundo Hori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mendoza City F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sporting Clube de Miboa for a fine match.
