The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lazzarino FC. Pablo Frances hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Cido Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ranquile FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cido Senna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascual Ledesma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 10 minutes, Nemesio Raymond mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lazzarino FC and the Ranquile FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Lazzarino FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Nemesio Raymond hit a great ball. The supporters of Ranquile FC booed when Lazzarino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Rito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ranquile FC's Cândido Dantas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Zacarias Mark kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Pascual Ledesma didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cândido Dantas went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Pascual Ledesma was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cândido Dantas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 34 minute of play. Cândido Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual Ledesma having to interfere. Lazzarino FC's Pascual Ledesma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cido Senna in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ranquile FC's zone, Celedonio Cesario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Ereinotz came out of the goal and Celedonio Cesario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

In the 51st minute, Cândido Dantas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cândido Dantas in the 55th minute of play forced Lazzarino FC's goalkeeper Pascual Ledesma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cândido Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ranquile FC made a substitution. Tobias Naldo replaced Zacarias Mark. In the 61stth minute of the game Cândido Dantas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lazzarino FC's Pascual Ledesma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lazzarino FC's Pascual Ledesma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cândido Dantas in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cândido Dantas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pascual Ledesma was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Celedonio Cesario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Enzo Ereinotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Cândido Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Ledesma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Cândido Dantas put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pascual Ledesma. In the 96thth minute of the game Cândido Dantas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lazzarino FC's Pascual Ledesma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Ranquile FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
