The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johnny Boyle hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Erruki in the 29th minute of play forced Deportivo Alpargatazo's goalkeeper Edelmiro Tirso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes of play, Concoran's Bartolo Demesio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edelmiro Tirso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Concoran's Guaberto Clodio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Elpidio Frances, made in the 38th minute of the game. Anastasio Pere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Tirso having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Erruki in the 43rd minute of play forced Deportivo Alpargatazo's goalkeeper Edelmiro Tirso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laureano Bortzaioriz's late challenge caught a Deportivo Alpargatazo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laureano Bortzaioriz helped the player get up and apologised. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guillermo Erruki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Edelmiro Tirso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 61 minutes into the match, Deportivo Alpargatazo's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Clodio came free, but Edelmiro Tirso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Oskarbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Osvaldo Etxeberri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th play minute Guillermo Erruki came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Edelmiro Tirso. 1-2. In the 73rd minute, Anastasio Pere fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Anastasio Pere received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Edelmiro Tirso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute Guaberto Clodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Tirso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Concoran's attentive Anselmo Sendoa managed to snatch the ball when Danilo Lehior made a throw-in in the 83rd minute of the game. Guaberto Clodio struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Edelmiro Tirso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Concoran. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Guillermo Erruki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Concoran's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillermo Erruki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edelmiro Tirso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alejandro Veto hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
