In the 6th match minute, Peguahó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Baraquiel to maneuver through the defense. Marco Damario scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaspar Cordeal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonardo Mendebal's late challenge caught a Vallimanca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Mendebal helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Peguahó FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Leonardo Mendebal hit a great ball. Cristobal Rexino hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Vallimanca's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Bilbo came free, but Gaspar Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th match minute, Vallimanca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Bobbio to maneuver through the defense. Lorenzo Nicholas took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaspar Cordeal. Gaspar Cordeal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Astor Ofelio made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Joel Mateus sent off a good shot on target. 45 minutes into the match, Vallimanca's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Selmo came free, but Gaspar Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Basilio Baraquiel fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peguahó FC's protests and gave Basilio Baraquiel a yellow card for diving instead. After the first half Peguahó FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Mateus to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Peguahó FC's Basilio Baraquiel got a free kick in the 51st minute. The Vallimanca fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Vallimanca's Joel Mateus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Mateus in the 67th minute of play forced Peguahó FC's goalkeeper Astor Ofelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Javier Gartzea came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Peguahó FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javier Gartzea couldn't finish the play. In the 79th match minute, Vallimanca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Bobbio to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Joel Mateus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Astor Ofelio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After 86 minutes of play, Vallimanca's Joel Mateus made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astor Ofelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Astor Ofelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Mateus, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Kryspin Walaszkiewicz made a precise shot to the right of Astor Ofelio. Peguahó FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. For all the effort they put into the match, the Peguahó FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vallimanca.
