Claromeco's Tartalo Rivera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Mateus in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generoso Mattin in the 7th minute of play forced Vallimanca's goalkeeper Gaspar Cordeal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Kryspin Walaszkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tartalo Rivera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Bartolo Urtats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Vallimanca getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Bartolo Urtats hit a great ball. 17 minutes in the game Cristobal Rexino did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Augusto Martino. After a rather tough play, Claromeco's Eduardo Bras got a free kick in the 18th minute. Tartalo Rivera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Mateus's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Tartalo Rivera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Mateus went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 26 minutes, Joel Mateus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vallimanca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Mateus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Vallimanca's Gaspar Cordeal got control of the ball when Generoso Mattin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th match minute, Vallimanca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kryspin Walaszkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, Claromeco's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Mateus came free, but Tartalo Rivera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Mateus to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Vallimanca getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Carter Bobbio hit a great ball. When Joel Mateus came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Vallimanca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Mateus couldn't finish the play. Vallimanca's Kryspin Walaszkiewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64thth minute of the game Joel Mateus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Claromeco's Tartalo Rivera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Vallimanca fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Vallimanca's Joel Mateus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Martino got free with Tartalo Rivera in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tartalo Rivera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Martino in the 71st minute. Valdomiro Moreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pierre Boxall's late challenge caught a Vallimanca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pierre Boxall helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Vallimanca booed when Claromeco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre Boxall didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Mateus in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute Generoso Mattin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tartalo Rivera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Mateus's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Vallimanca left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Claromeco.
