After having played for 18 minutes, Marcelino Otsando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sampacho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelino Otsando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alvaro Cuarto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Giraldo in the 22nd minute of the match. Waldemar Hajduk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Otsando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Jonathan Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ALIENS DE NUEVA POMPEYA were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Sampacho's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonathan Maule took the corner. ALIENS DE NUEVA POMPEYA's Jonathan Maule was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alvaro Cuarto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Marcelino Otsando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Jonathan Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Otsando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waldemar Hajduk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. With a little luck, ALIENS DE NUEVA POMPEYA's Waldemar Hajduk got control of the ball when Marcelino Otsando tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute, Marcelino Otsando made a precise shot to the right of Waldemar Hajduk. ALIENS DE NUEVA POMPEYA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The Sampacho players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented ALIENS DE NUEVA POMPEYA from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
