Spectators: 7101 (Terracing: 5327, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 141) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 6th minute, Romulo Mikeldi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Lobos's goal looked a bit too open when Faik Ongul came free, but Delmiro Leizarraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Leizarraga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Txanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Serafin Adrio made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Evelio Eliu sent off a good shot on target. Serafin Adrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Onbera in the 22nd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Rumioj FC's goalkeeper Serafin Adrio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damaso Montrel. After some careless play in the Rumioj FC defense, Damaso Montrel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serafin Adrio. The Rumioj FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafin Adrio should have stopped the shot. 31 minutes into the game, Mariano Ferrando recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Serafin Adrio. Mariano Ferrando showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Adolfo Txanton struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Delmiro Leizarraga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rumioj FC. In the 35th minute, Adolfo Txanton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rumioj FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Delmiro Leizarraga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faik Ongul in the 38th minute of play. When Blas Jerico fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lobos's protests and gave Blas Jerico a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes Lobos got a freekick which was hit by Blas Jerico. In the 43rd minute, Faik Ongul made a precise shot to the right of Delmiro Leizarraga. Lobos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Faik Ongul made the kick off in the second half. Delmiro Leizarraga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faik Ongul went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. When Faik Ongul came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Rumioj FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faik Ongul couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Txanton received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Delmiro Leizarraga came out and tried to block the shot, but Adolfo Txanton slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 57th minute. Faik Ongul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobaldo Onbera hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Delmiro Leizarraga came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Rumioj FC's Faik Ongul. But to his dismay, Faik Ongul quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mariano Ferrando during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rumioj FC booed when Lobos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Ferrando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Txanton might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Leizarraga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolfo Txanton ran back to his position shaking his head. Adolfo Txanton struck a weak shot in the 86th minute.
