Godoy AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Godoy AFC's zone, Camilo Cortez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Oalo came out of the goal and Camilo Cortez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Dario Mantzio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Godoy AFC's Carlos Oalo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Dario Mantzio got free in front of the goal in the 13th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Carlos Oalo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Anibal Mitxaut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Luchertola FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Godoy AFC the free kick. Benicio Frances took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salvador Qwinton. Salvador Qwinton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Luchertola FC booed when Godoy AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Flores didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Oalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Mantzio's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Anibal Mitxaut was shown his second yellow card after 27 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Aureliano Flores hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Carlos Oalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Mantzio's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Camilo Cortez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Oalo having to interfere. Dario Mantzios short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Carlos Oalo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rene Poz kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Carlos Oalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Mantzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dario Mantzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Godoy AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Dario Mantzio made the kick off in the second half. Jeronimo Weather fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Oalo having to interfere. A collision led to Luchertola FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Camilo Cortez hit a great ball. Jeronimo Weather received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Carlos Oalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Godoy AFC's zone, Dario Mantzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Oalo came out of the goal and Dario Mantzio tried to chip the ball over his head. In the 72nd minute Dario Mantzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Oalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeronimo Weather scored 1-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Oalo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dario Mantzio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 84 minutes of play, Luchertola FC's Dario Mantzio made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Oalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dario Mantzio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Oalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Mantzio's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Luchertola FC's Camilo Cortez got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Luchertola FC's Dario Mantzio in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Godoy AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Godoy AFC's Carlos Oalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Mantzio in the 94th minute of play. Tomas Liher kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
