Spectators: 7089 (Terracing: 5318, Seating: 1630, VIP seats: 141) Adan Ferran kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Saverio Cordeiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Intxixu was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. In the 21st minute Rigoberto Eudoxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Intxixu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Sachayoj's Casimiro Guilabertus seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Casimiro Guilabertus the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sachayoj protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Casimiro Guilabertus had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Sachayoj:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Banfield FC:s goal. Saverio Cordeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rigoberto Eudoxio took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emilio Intxixu. Emilio Intxixu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Rigoberto Eudoxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sachayoj's Saverio Cordeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sachayoj's Eugenio Anaya got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rigoberto Eudoxio in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Intxixu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd match minute, Sachayoj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Librado to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rigoberto Eudoxio made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Benedicto Madeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Herauso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sachayoj's Rigoberto Eudoxio got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saverio Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Intxixu having to interfere. Banfield FC's Emilio Intxixu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Banfield FC from getting a goal against them. In the 58th minute, Saverio Cordeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 60 played minutes, Banfield FC's Octavio Bautista shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Guaberto Herauso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Banfield FC reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto Eudoxio got free with Emilio Intxixu in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rigoberto Eudoxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Sachayoj's Emilio Intxixu threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rigoberto Eudoxio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Guaberto Herauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Ferran, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute Justo Otsando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Herauso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 81 played minutes Sachayoj got a freekick which was hit by Martin Gerazan. 91 minutes into the match, Banfield FC's goalkeeper Emilio Intxixu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saverio Cordeiro. Rigoberto Eudoxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saverio Cordeiro struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Emilio Intxixu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sachayoj. Justo Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
