The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Pacifico during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 73 minutes, Liviu Andrei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Labordeboy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liviu Andrei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Aristides Sandalio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Braulio Hermelando, 1-6. Liviu Andrei who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Braulio Hermelando when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Lautaro Ferrero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo Español's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Ferrero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Michael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 88 minutes into the match, Aristides Sandalio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Braulio Hermelando, 1-7. Liviu Andrei came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Braulio Hermelando could save by the left post. Labordeboy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
