The C.A.ECHAZA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartolo Berto should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Tejedor booed when C.A.ECHAZA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Vasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Nikola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bartolo Berto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Bartolo Berto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Giraldo in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Alvaro Fagondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartolo Berto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, C.A.ECHAZA's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Giraldo came free, but Bartolo Berto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Amancio Abalos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Alejo Laurgain fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 42 played minutes Tejedor got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Maule. In the 44th minute Alejo Laurgain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Aurre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A.ECHAZA's Bartolo Berto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Emmanuel in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Tejedor were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Bartolo Berto was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Domingos Emmanuel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Domingos Emmanuel really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. The audience was convinced that Alejo Laurgain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Aurre was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Domingos Emmanuel scored 0-4 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bartolo Berto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 68 minutes into the match, Hernan Giraldo notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of C.A.ECHAZA's Bartolo Berto. Bartolo Berto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee ignored Tejedor's protests and gave Evelio Foro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Evelio Foro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Alvaro Fagondo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tejedor's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Fagondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolo Berto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 92nd minute of the match, Evelio Foro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bartolo Berto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, C.A.ECHAZA's Bartolo Berto got control of the ball when Hernan Giraldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, C.A.ECHAZA's goalkeeper Bartolo Berto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernan Giraldo. The C.A.ECHAZA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tejedor were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
