Spectators: 6640 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1640, VIP seats: 0) LoCoMoTiVe's Benigno Osoitz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Prospero Romo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Benigno Osoitz sped through Escalada's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonardo Dominic. Leonardo Dominic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Osoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14thth minute of the game Benigno Osoitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Escalada's Leonardo Dominic was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Escalada booed when LoCoMoTiVe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Paskal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Lop kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Cristoforo Di Sipio kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, Escalada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Florian to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute Prospero Romo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Domiku saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in LoCoMoTiVe's zone, Prospero Romo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celestino Domiku came out of the goal and Prospero Romo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 31 minutes, Santos Delfino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Escalada and the LoCoMoTiVe players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st minute, Santos Delfino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 played minutes, Escalada's Diego Galo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Celestino Domiku came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Escalada reached it. After 36 played minutes LoCoMoTiVe got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Paskal. Celestino Domiku showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Romo in the 38th minute of the match. When Jorge Paskal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. A collision led to LoCoMoTiVe getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jorge Paskal hit a great ball. Prospero Romo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celestino Domiku read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Prospero Romo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. LoCoMoTiVe's Christian Lop managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bernabe Erroman in the 52 minute of the game. A collision led to Escalada getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Santos Delfino hit a great ball. In the 58th match minute, Escalada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Cebo to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the match, Bernabe Cebo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of LoCoMoTiVe's Celestino Domiku. Celestino Domiku was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Prospero Romo fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Escalada's protests and gave Prospero Romo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th minute, Prospero Romo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Belasko, 71 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bernabe Cebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Domiku having to interfere. The supporters of Escalada booed when LoCoMoTiVe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Manuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celestino Domiku showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Romo in the 90th minute of the match. Leonardo Dominic made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florentino Ponc in the 96th minute.
