If Guillermo Elodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nunez Abeitia came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosetti's Victoriano Ramond. But to his dismay, Victoriano Ramond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Luis Chus fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosetti's protests and gave Luis Chus a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Granja Animal booed when Rosetti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Chus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luisito Garin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesus Abaurre having to make a save. Nunez Abeitia came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosetti's Victoriano Ramond. But to his dismay, Victoriano Ramond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Nunez Abeitia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Elodio in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Hechter in the 31st minute of play forced Granja Animal's goalkeeper Nunez Abeitia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Natalio Erramun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Abeitia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Granja Animal's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Ramond came free, but Nunez Abeitia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Guillermo Elodio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nunez Abeitia was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. In the 42nd match minute, Granja Animal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Quirze to maneuver through the defense. Rosetti's Victoriano Ramond got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Rosetti were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victoriano Ramond was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Granja Animal's goalkeeper Nunez Abeitia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guillermo Elodio. Guillermo Elodio came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nunez Abeitia could save by the left post. Nunez Abeitia made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Guillermo Elodio sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 60 minutes, Victoriano Ramond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosetti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Ramond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Rosetti's Saul Hechter dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Granja Animal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Victoriano Ramond scored to the left of an out of position Nunez Abeitia, making the score, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Ramond in the 75th minute of play forced Granja Animal's goalkeeper Nunez Abeitia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nunez Abeitia made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Guillermo Elodio sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Granja Animal's 曲延真 got a free kick in the 86th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Granja Animal's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Erramun came free, but Nunez Abeitia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
