Spectators: 7123 (Terracing: 5344, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 141) The Simbolar fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Simbolar's Humberto Hitzeder looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 10 played minutes SUNRISE FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Iturri. The supporters of Simbolar booed when SUNRISE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Darien didn't get a good kick on the ball. Humberto Hitzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Dario Salomone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dario Salomone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Txartiko in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Olgierd Brak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Humberto Hitzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Salomone having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Txartiko in the 36th minute of play forced SUNRISE FC's goalkeeper Dario Salomone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Simbolar booed when SUNRISE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Iturri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simbolar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Hitzeder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Humberto Hitzeder had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dario Salomone. SUNRISE FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Humberto Hitzeder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Humberto Hitzeder was the one to do the kick off. Simbolar's Faustino Telmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taha Tunçkan in the 54th minute of play. Rolando Nesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Salomone having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Mario Alberto Kempe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faustino Telmo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A collision led to SUNRISE FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Zsolt Király hit a great ball. Mario Alberto Kempe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simbolar's attentive Apolo Ourente managed to snatch the ball when Justo Carlomagno made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. Humberto Hitzeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Salomone having to interfere. Simbolar's Donato Inko was substituted for Humberto Hitzeder. If Gaspar Txartiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danilo Darien charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Darien the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Inko in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dario Salomone saved SUNRISE FC from getting behind. The supporters of SUNRISE FC booed when Simbolar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Oriche didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Rolando Nesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simbolar made a substitution. Epifanio Innocenzio replaced Ciriaco Macerio. After a rather tough play, SUNRISE FC's Manuel Txerran got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 91 played minutes SUNRISE FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Iturri. Simbolar's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
