Es Gatorade's Albino Veremundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Reynardo in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Paulino Quintan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute of the match Benito Raman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albino Veremundo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Albino Veremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Misael in the 17th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Es Gatorade's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Xacintu came free, but Albino Veremundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Guillermo Reynardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Veremundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alicia's Lorenzo Lleir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Alicia from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd match minute, Es Gatorade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Loi to maneuver through the defense. Albino Veremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Reynardo in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Flavio Jakes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Veremundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albino Veremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Reynardo in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Reynardo in the 39th minute of play forced Es Gatorade's goalkeeper Albino Veremundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Guillermo Reynardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albino Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Reynardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guillermo Reynardo to make the kick off. Guillermo Reynardo took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Albino Veremundo. Albino Veremundo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guillermo Reynardo got free with Albino Veremundo in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Severo Loi kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Albino Veremundo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Reynardo in the 61st minute. Guillermo Reynardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the game, Alicia's Guillermo Reynardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albino Veremundo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Guillermo Reynardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 minutes, Guillermo Reynardo made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Es Gatorade's Albino Veremundo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Raman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albino Veremundo having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Alicia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Es Gatorade.
