If Nestor Bertran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulo Lizardi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Goal Kick. 76 minutes into the game, Maximino Cordera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RACING SOL F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave riverplate the free kick. 83 minutes into the match, RACING SOL F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Lizardi came free, but Faustino Abarca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, riverplate's Raimundo Orlondon got control of the ball when Eriberto Aimar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, riverplate's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Gutxi came free, but Raimundo Orlondon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RACING SOL F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
