Lino Liberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pawel Tepper in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pawel Tepper was the one to do the kick off. Fidel Ostadar came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Racedo's Albano Quirze. But to his dismay, Albano Quirze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Gregorio Bingen kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. When Abel Ixona came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Racedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Ixona couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Tymoteusz Fink managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salinas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tymoteusz Fink was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Markus Schramm's late challenge caught a Racedo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Markus Schramm helped the player get up and apologised. In the 74th minute, Markus Schramm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fidel Ostadar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Bernaldo went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Lucado in the 85th minute of play forced Salinas FC's goalkeeper Fidel Ostadar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fidel Ostadar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Quirze in the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Racedo's Albano Quirze nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fidel Ostadar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1.
