In the 8th minute Mateo Urtzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Otsoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ermegildo Duarte in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Abecia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ermegildo Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Abecia having to interfere. Ermegildo Duartes short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Domingos Abecia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Higinio Hever hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Domingos Abecia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Duarte in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind SP. POTRERO's goalkeeper Cristobal Otsoa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ermegildo Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Abecia having to interfere. Ermegildo Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Lalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Abecia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Duarte in the 66th minute of play forced Laprida FC's goalkeeper Domingos Abecia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateo Urtzi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The audience was convinced that Ermegildo Duarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingos Abecia was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Cristobal Otsoa was a little too slow when Rogelio Oinaz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-3. Mateo Urtzi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cristobal Otsoa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eugenio Christobal hit a great ball. Although SP. POTRERO had been in control for most of the match, Laprida FC still came away with the win.
