Gaboto FC's Benjamin Tiadoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Peru in the 13th minute of play. Lisandro Peru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Tiadoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Theobald in the 16th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Estrella Naranja's zone, Anselmo Erramu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Reno came out of the goal and Anselmo Erramu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Tiadoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Peru in the 39th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Estrella Naranja's Lisandro Peru dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lisandro Peru to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Florencio Sabino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Generoso Reno. Florencio Sabino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After 57 played minutes Gaboto FC got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Erramu. Anselmo Erramu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliberto Tximitx kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Benjamin Tiadoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When Bernardo Fero came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Gaboto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Fero couldn't finish the play. Benjamin Tiadoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Estrella Naranja's Generoso Reno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Estrella Naranja from getting a goal against them. Estrella Naranja's Lisandro Peru got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Lisandro Peru sped through Gaboto FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benjamin Tiadoro. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gaboto FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Estrella Naranja.
