Bernabe Tello hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Luis Theobald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Peru in the 10th minute of play forced Orion FC's goalkeeper Florentino Blasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florentino Blasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Peru in the 12th minute of the match. Baldomiro Jerold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Naike in the 19th minute of play forced Estrella Naranja's goalkeeper Generoso Reno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes, Luis Theobald mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estrella Naranja and the Orion FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Peru in the 45th minute of play forced Orion FC's goalkeeper Florentino Blasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Naike's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Generoso Reno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Orion FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baldomiro Jerold was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Orion FC's Eustacio Ixidor got a free kick in the 51st minute. Lisandro Peru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Meder hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The supporters of Estrella Naranja booed when Orion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Meder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orion FC made a substitution. Ovidio Oidor replaced Eustacio Ixidor. In the 63rd match minute, Orion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Meder to maneuver through the defense. Feliberto Tximitx hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Lisandro Peru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Florentino Blasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florentino Blasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Peru in the 80th minute of play. Baldomiro Jerold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Reno having to interfere. Generoso Reno was a little too slow when Aquiles Naike got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-3. When Luis Theobald came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Estrella Naranja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Theobald couldn't finish the play.
