The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ezequiel Nahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Beila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Hughes FC defense, Santos Beila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ezequiel Nahia. The Hughes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ezequiel Nahia should have stopped the shot. After 34 played minutes Quilmes AC got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Kimetz. Ezequiel Nahia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Beila, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Hughes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Lehoi came free, but Ezequiel Nahia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Genaro Lehoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genaro Lehoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Beila in the 59th minute of play forced Hughes FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Nahia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ezequiel Nahia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Beila in the 64th minute of the match. Eliseo Lope's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Epifanio Reynardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Quilmes AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Donio to maneuver through the defense. Leonides Amor kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes in the game, Genaro Lehoi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ezequiel Nahia having to interfere. In the 76th minute Santos Beila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Nahia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cirilo Todor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Reynardo having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Santos Beila reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ezequiel Nahia. The goal made the score 0-5. Quilmes AC played a much better game than Hughes FC and deserved their victory. The Hughes FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
