Severiano Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Chaime in the 5th minute of play. Esteban Odilon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximiliano Gaztea having to make a save. If Esteban Odilon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Esteban Odilon came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Huracan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteban Odilon couldn't finish the play. Huracan's Bernabe Nataniel got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximiliano Gaztea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernabe Nataniel in the 12th minute. A collision led to Huracan getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Bernabe Nataniel hit a great ball. Romulo Chaime sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severiano Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Rutenio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Rutenio in the 24th minute of play forced Huracan's goalkeeper Severiano Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0-1 became the score in the 24th minute when Teofilo Rutenio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jony Curuzu! 32 minutes into the match, Romulo Chaime notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Huracan's Severiano Batista. Severiano Batista was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teofilo Rutenio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Severiano Batista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Huracan's Severiano Batista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Chaime in the 41st minute of play. When Huracan's Esteban Odilon in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jony Curuzu's goalie prevented a goal. Bernabe Nataniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Huracan's Bernabe Nataniel got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Laurin was shown his second yellow card after 48 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The audience held their breath when Cayetano Fresco in the 50th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Maximiliano Gaztea's left hand side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Teofilo Rutenio made the kick off in the second half. Romulo Chaime charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romulo Chaime the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Huracan booed when Jony Curuzu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Chaime didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute Eriberto Eudoxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Gaztea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andres Loreto fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 63rd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Anastasio Jaunti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jony Curuzu's supporters rose to their feet, but Anastasio Jaunti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severiano Batista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th match minute, Huracan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Nataniel to maneuver through the defense. Esteban Odilon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximiliano Gaztea was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Esteban Odilon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximiliano Gaztea was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. 80 minutes into the game, Anastasio Jaunti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jony Curuzu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huracan the free kick. The corner led Jony Curuzu's Rogelio Eguzki to fire away a dangerous shot which Severiano Batista despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Jony Curuzu's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Odilon came free, but Maximiliano Gaztea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximiliano Gaztea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabe Nataniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the game, Bernabe Nataniel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Maximiliano Gaztea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Huracan's Bernabe Nataniel got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 98th minute of the match Baltasar Cristos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximiliano Gaztea showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
