German Presebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Justin in the 8th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Zacarias Justin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferreyra's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacarias Justin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. German Presebal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benigno Basualdo during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pinto getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Benigno Basualdo hit a great ball. In the 13th minute Ferreyra were awarded a corner. Aquilino Dolcet went to the cornerflag to take it. Severo Ospin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th match minute, Pinto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Lucila to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Aquilino Dolcet sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pinto's German Presebal didn't even have to move. Pinto's Ruben Lugo got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Ferreyra's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Lugo came free, but Sergio Txerran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Presebal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Justin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the match, Ferreyra's Zacarias Justin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that German Presebal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. German Presebal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Justin in the 44th minute of the match. Severo Ospin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severo Ospin in the 50th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg German Presebal saved Pinto from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Ruben Lugo made the kick off in the second half. German Presebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Justin in the 54th minute of play. German Presebal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Justin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 played minutes Pinto got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Lucila. Pinto's German Presebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Justin in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Severo Ospin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Pinto's German Presebal. German Presebal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Severo Ospin scored 0-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of German Presebal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pinto's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Zacarias Justin scored to the left of an out of position German Presebal, making the score, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Justin in the 84th minute of play forced Pinto's goalkeeper German Presebal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Severo Ospin managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 97th minute, Zacarias Justin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alonzo Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 101st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Presebal having to interfere. Ferreyra played a much better game than Pinto and deserved their victory. The Pinto players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
