Nunez Manuelo hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Bernardino Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Chan in the 22nd minute of play. If Severino Ieltxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Roldanillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Rius charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Rius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Berreta FC's Jose Rius got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Teofilo Eneto kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. When Severiano Aureo got free in front of the goal in the 36th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Hipolito Colon was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Severiano Aureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 played minutes Berreta FC got a freekick which was hit by Jose Rius. If Severiano Aureo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Teofilo Eneto in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Scuandal FC's Zeledon Romelio.

Hipolito Colon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Aureo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Berart notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Berreta FC's Hipolito Colon. Hipolito Colon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Severiano Aureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Berreta FC's Jose Rius dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After 67 played minutes Berreta FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Eneto. 2-1 became the score in the 72nd minute when Severiano Aureo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Severiano Aureo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Hipolito Colon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Severiano Aureo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scuandal FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 83 minutes into the game, Severiano Aureo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Hipolito Colon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hipolito Colon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Aureo in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Roldanillo in the 89th minute of play forced Scuandal FC's goalkeeper Bernardino Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Severiano Aureo put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hipolito Colon. After a defensive mix-up in Berreta FC's zone, Severiano Aureo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hipolito Colon came out of the goal and Severiano Aureo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Scuandal FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
