Damian Phelipe came out of the goal and Honorato Loren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honorato Loren did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Damian Phelipe 14 minutes into the match. In the 19th match minute, Hijo de franco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Inge to maneuver through the defense. Vladimir Arantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Seguinus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moises Medina scored 2-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladimir Arantes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Honorato Loren sped through Hijo de franco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Damian Phelipe. Damian Phelipe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Enekoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorato Lorens short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Damian Phelipe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Honorato Loren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damian Phelipe was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Damian Phelipe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorato Loren, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. OLIMPIA PY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Desiderio Seguinus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3.
