But to his dismay, Narciso Dominguez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Esteban Ongile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Ursino in the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Ceferino Maties scored 3-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Honorato Haimar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Narciso Diaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Honorato Haimar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Adhemar Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Balcarce .FC's Esteban Ongile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Balcarce .FC from getting a goal against them. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Balcarce .FC fully deserved thier win.
