Spectators: 6994 (Terracing: 5353, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cristian Mikelar kicked off to start the match. Santiago Perpinya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Quinton in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute Natalio Quinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Perpinya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Quinton in the 13th minute of play forced El Porvenir's goalkeeper Santiago Perpinya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Porvenir's Benicio Aresti couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cabinda. Cabinda's Nunez Perfecto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Lander in the 17th minute of play. Jimeno Lander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Mikelar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Nunez Perfecto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natalio Quinton received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Santiago Perpinya came out and tried to block the shot, but Natalio Quinton slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Nunez Mergildo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cabinda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Porvenir the free kick. After 28 played minutes Cabinda got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Mergildo. In the 30th minute, Cristian Mikelar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jimeno Lander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Perfecto having to interfere. After having played for 35 minutes, Natalio Quinton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabinda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Quinton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cabinda's zone, Cristian Mikelar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nunez Perfecto came out of the goal and Cristian Mikelar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafino Raitin charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafino Raitin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd minute, Serafino Raitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Natalio Quinton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Cabinda's zone, Jimeno Lander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nunez Perfecto came out of the goal and Jimeno Lander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Jimeno Lander put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nunez Perfecto. Natalio Quinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Perpinya having to interfere. Cristian Mikelar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Nunez Perfecto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Nunez Mergildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jimeno Lander kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Nunez Perfecto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Mikelar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute Nicolas Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Perpinya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cabinda's Nunez Perfecto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Mikelar in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cabinda's Nunez Mergildo got a free kick in the 81st minute. Nicanor Leoiar's late challenge caught a Cabinda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicanor Leoiar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Nicanor Leoiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nicolas Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
