Spectators: 7125 (Terracing: 5306, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anacleto Bernebe kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uriel Lop during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 11 minutes into the game, Herreria's Arnulfo Austin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Lalla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Emilio Estefan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of C.A Talleres's Jacobo Lalla. Jacobo Lalla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jacobo Lalla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Austin in the 19th minute of play. Herreria's Lorenzo Ederono got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Herreria's Arnulfo Austin got a free kick in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the match, C.A Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Bernebe came free, but Jacobo Lalla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacobo Lalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Austin, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, C.A Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Austin came free, but Jacobo Lalla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herreria's Anacleto Bernebe got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Ederono in the 40th minute of play forced C.A Talleres's goalkeeper Jacobo Lalla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C.A Talleres! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uriel Lop to strike the kick off in the second half. Anacleto Bernebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jacobo Lalla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Cleto Corderall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A Talleres's Jacobo Lalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Bernebe in the 62nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnulfo Austin in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Lalla saved C.A Talleres from getting behind. Jacobo Lalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Estefan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnulfo Austin hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Lorenzo Ederono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Lalla having to interfere. When Lorenzo Ederono came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Herreria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Ederono couldn't finish the play. C.A Talleres's Jacobo Lalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Bernebe in the 86th minute of play. Lorenzo Ederono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anacleto Bernebe got free with Jacobo Lalla in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the match, C.A Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Bernebe came free, but Jacobo Lalla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnulfo Austin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jacobo Lalla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute of the match, Lorenzo Ederono got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jacobo Lalla was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
