Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Mr Papota Team's Carmelo Flor started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Saverio Beltza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carmelo Flor went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 10 minutes, Ruperto Lehen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lozada AFC and the Mr Papota Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Matro in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saverio Beltza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute, Carmelo Flor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute, Serafino Dolcet reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Faustino Franco. The goal made the score 1-1. A collision led to Mr Papota Team getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Mario Alfonso hit a great ball. A hard shot by Ciro Botello from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Faustino Franco's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgard Licerio got free with Faustino Franco in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lozada AFC's Serafino Dolcet got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Mr Papota Team's Faustino Franco got control of the ball when Leopoldo Raphael tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Lozada AFC's Eliseo Eneto suffered a sore thigh after 52 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Agustin Matro fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mr Papota Team's protests and gave Agustin Matro a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Mr Papota Team got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Matro. After 71 minutes of play, Lozada AFC's Leopoldo Raphael made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Faustino Franco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mr Papota Team's Faustino Franco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Raphael in the 75th minute of play. Lozada AFC's Saverio Beltza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Lozada AFC from getting a goal against them. Carmelo Flor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Beltza having to interfere. Agustin Matro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Beltza having to interfere. Saverio Beltza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Flor in the 90th minute of play.
