An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Senio in the 16th minute of play forced CHUSCO's goalkeeper Salvador Playo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, CHUSCO's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Poz came free, but Salvador Playo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Higinio Senio to make the kick off. A collision led to CHUSCO getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Fausto Ekain hit a great ball. Salvador Playo was a little too slow when Higinio Senio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Bruno Foro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felix Berasko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CHUSCO's zone, Higinio Senio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Playo came out of the goal and Higinio Senio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Lastur kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Felix Berasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Foro in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to Laborde FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Hernan Crispo hit a great ball. If Nicasio Caton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 played minutes Laborde FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Petrigai. In the 97th minute, Nicasio Caton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Berasko was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The Laborde FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented CHUSCO from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
