In the 12th minute, Silverio Chuse left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laprida Central fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 17th minute Silverio Chuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Rivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Evis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Honorato Rivero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Larsen AFC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Cosme Rumaldo hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, Laprida Central's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Rumaldo came free, but Celestino Quentin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celestino Quentin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Rumaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro Millrick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Celestino Quentin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abelardo Lauren hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Ramiro Millrick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th match minute, Laprida Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Sanduru to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute Larsen AFC were awarded a corner. Joel Goizeder went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Joel Goizeder got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Celestino Quentin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leonides Edur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Celestino Quentin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramiro Millrick struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Celestino Quentin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Larsen AFC. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silverio Chuse was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Laprida Central's Silverio Chuse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorato Rivero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 78 played minutes Laprida Central got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Lauren. Celestino Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Rumaldo in the 83rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Severino Evis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laprida Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Severino Evis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Rivero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramiro Millrick's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Celestino Quentin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Laprida Central fans cheered their team off the field, for while Larsen AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
