Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saverio Nicholas in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Narciso Herrera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute, Enzo Chap got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Saverio Nicholas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Narciso Herrera was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Nestor Matai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Herrera having to interfere. If Nestor Matai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Espiridion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Chap in the 42nd minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saverio Nicholas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Herminio Ulizes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barker's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herminio Ulizes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute, Herminio Ulizes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barker's Ezequiel Gonchan got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Ezequiel Gonchan off the ground. 68 minutes into the match, Barker's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Nicholas came free, but Narciso Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saverio Nicholas struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Narciso Herrera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for yonaguni. If Saverio Nicholas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saverio Nicholas struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Barker's zone, Nestor Matai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narciso Herrera came out of the goal and Nestor Matai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Enzo Chap hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Barker getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Armando Bernad hit a great ball. Nestor Matai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Narciso Herrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Adolfo Gaitan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When yonaguni's Adolfo Gaitan in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barker's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Nestor Matai managed to get in a good position for a shot. yonaguni's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Matai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Herrera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. yonaguni had played much better football throughout.
