The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Vladimiro Dei fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Navarro FC's protests and gave Vladimiro Dei a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Navarro FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hansen:s goal. Ciriaco Matteo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After some careless play in the Hansen defense, Geronimo Abeitia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Natalio Quiroga. The Hansen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Natalio Quiroga should have stopped the shot. Roman Lucado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Katia in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Anselmo Obeko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Quiroga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Katia was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Emanuel Katia sped through Navarro FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roman Lucado. Geronimo Abeitia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Barrionuevo in the 72nd minute of play forced Hansen's goalkeeper Natalio Quiroga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Navarro FC booed when Hansen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabe Mogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hansen's zone, Geronimo Abeitia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natalio Quiroga came out of the goal and Geronimo Abeitia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Natalio Quiroga didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 75th minute, which inside left pole to 2-3. Navarro FC's Vladimiro Dei couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hansen. Geronimo Abeitia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Natalio Quiroga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natalio Quiroga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes Hansen got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Romano. Geronimo Abeitia might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Natalio Quiroga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geronimo Abeitia ran back to his position shaking his head.
