David Solustiano's late challenge caught a Carrizales FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Solustiano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Carrizales FC booed when Napalpí AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Solustiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Desiderio Garaile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Froilan Belo made a precise shot to the right of Carolo Vellito. Napalpí AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Desiderio Garaile got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 47 minutes into the match, Napalpí AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Garaile came free, but Carolo Vellito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nemesio Guerau to make the kick off. Carolo Vellito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Sindo in the 53rd minute of play. Nemesio Guerau struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Dalmacio Duardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Napalpí AFC. Nemesio Guerau charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Desiderio Garaile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Carolo Vellito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolo Vellito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Belo, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Froilan Belo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desiderio Garaile scored 5-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carolo Vellito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Carrizales FC had played much better football throughout.
