BURELA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bermejo AFC the free kick. Bonifacio Tino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Leoiar having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Freddy Herrera in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fidel Leoiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Bermejo AFC booed when BURELA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Lluciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Bermejo AFC's Mauro Ostots slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ladislao Micael. That made the score 2-0 after 17 minutes of play. Mauro Ostots ran back to his position shaking his head. When Bermejo AFC's Mauro Ostots in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Mauro Ostots's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ladislao Micael was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Leonides Mantzio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Ladislao Micael made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Bermejo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BURELA the free kick. After 58 played minutes Bermejo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Lucado. The long shot by Carolo Santana in the 59th minute really tested Fidel Leoiar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Fidel Leoiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Tino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Serafino Tohias fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bermejo AFC's protests and gave Serafino Tohias a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bermejo AFC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Serafino Tohias hit a great ball. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bermejo AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carolo Santana was slow to take the kick. During this time BURELA's players had a chance to rest. In the 65th minute, Leonides Mantzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 66 minutes, Bonifacio Tino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BURELA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Tino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Freddy Herrera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Bermejo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Tino came free, but Fidel Leoiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind BURELA's goalkeeper Ladislao Micael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. BURELA's Bonifacio Tino got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Herrera got free with Fidel Leoiar in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Bermejo AFC's Fidel Leoiar got control of the ball when Freddy Herrera tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Freddy Herrera came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the BURELA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Herrera couldn't finish the play. Mauro Ostots struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Ladislao Micael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bermejo AFC. Leonides Mantzio struck a weak shot in the 97th minute.
