Sergio Pueblo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Xabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the game, one of c.a.belgrano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sergio Pueblo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Chuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Erubiel Galeno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sopanta AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Erubiel Galeno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Cordeal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Fernan Bibiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute, Gavino Florian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 minutes, Alberto Sedeni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the c.a.belgrano and the Sopanta AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alberto Sedeni kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernan Bibiano was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sopanta AFC's zone, Denis Chuan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergio Pueblo came out of the goal and Denis Chuan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Denis Chuan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Sergio Pueblo made a huge save. Eustaquio Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Bibiano in the 58th minute of the match. If Denis Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Erubiel Galeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 played minutes c.a.belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Espiridion. In the 68th minute, Paolo Stephen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and c.a.belgrano's Eustaquio Cordeal didn't even have to move. Domingo Ieltxu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Erubiel Galeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, c.a.belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Fernan Bibiano came free, but Eustaquio Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adolfo Espiridion kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in c.a.belgrano's zone, Atilano Constancio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Cordeal came out of the goal and Atilano Constancio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Sedeni got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 97 minutes into the match, Sopanta AFC's Paolo Stephen broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
