After a rather tough play, Tornquist's Emilio Brion got a free kick in the 8th minute. Froilan Luar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Ticho in the 9th minute of play. If Bernabe Ticho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Ferro got a penalty, and Rodrigo Barea placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. A hard shot 96 in the game by Victoriano Quico from a close distance when the talented Froilan Luar managed to make a qualified save. Tornquist's players were relieved. Bernabe Ticho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Tornquist were victorious despite being under pressure from Ferro for much of the match.
