Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Agustin Serafo kicked off to start the match. Roberto Derwin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Silvio Luzaide firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Derwin got free with Silvio Luzaide in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the game, Agustin Serafo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvio Luzaide. Agustin Serafo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Caroya's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Arias came free, but Bernardo Tulio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santo Eleazar kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Aberastain's zone, Roberto Derwin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvio Luzaide came out of the goal and Roberto Derwin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, Aberastain's goalkeeper Silvio Luzaide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Derwin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Raebert in the 19th minute of play forced Aberastain's goalkeeper Silvio Luzaide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Derwin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Silvio Luzaide made a huge save. Eriberto Maties kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Silvio Luzaide made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Honorio Gamus sent off a good shot on target. Silvio Luzaide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Serafo in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Derwin got free with Silvio Luzaide in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the match, Aberastain's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Serafo came free, but Silvio Luzaide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Wilfredo Federigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Serafo in the 43rd minute of play forced Aberastain's goalkeeper Silvio Luzaide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 49 minutes into the game, Moises Lauren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caroya's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aberastain the free kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 62 minutes, Honorio Gamus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caroya and the Aberastain players grew even worse after the yellow card. 64 minutes into the game, Carolo Montay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Silvio Luzaide was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Silvio Luzaide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Raebert, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Aberastain's Silvio Luzaide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Montay in the 74th minute of play. Santo Eleazar hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Caroya's Honorio Gamus got a free kick in the 85th minute. Wilfredo Federigo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Armando Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Tulio having to interfere. Silvio Luzaide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Serafo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 97 minutes, Wilfredo Federigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aberastain's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Federigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armando Arias struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Bernardo Tulio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aberastain. Silvio Luzaide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Serafo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvio Luzaide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Raebert in the 102nd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Caroya fully deserved thier win.
