In the 3rdth minute of the game Blas Dolcet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Armindo's Edgard Polo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edgard Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Dolcet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Alvaro Jerardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Armindo's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Dolcet came free, but Edgard Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgard Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Jerardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolfo Osoro during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave Rivadavia AFC a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Damian Quinito, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Armindo's Edgard Polo. 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Armindo's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Jerardo came free, but Edgard Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgard Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Jerardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Jerardo struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Edgard Polo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rivadavia AFC. A collision led to Armindo getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Adolfo Osoro hit a great ball. Blas Dolcet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Polo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Dolcet in the 43rd minute of play forced Armindo's goalkeeper Edgard Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Jerardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blas Dolcet struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Edgard Polo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rivadavia AFC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Clodoveo Franco made the kick off in the second half. Blas Dolcet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armindo's Edgard Polo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Armindo from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Franco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Armindo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rivadavia AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Armindo's Clodoveo Franco got a free kick in the 57th minute. When Blas Dolcet came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Rivadavia AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Dolcet couldn't finish the play. Edgard Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Dolcet, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Edgard Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Dolcet in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Blas Dolcet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgard Polo. Blas Dolcet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 78thth minute of the game Blas Dolcet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Armindo's Edgard Polo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edgard Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Dolcet in the 81st minute of the match. Blas Dolcet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgard Polo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Armindo got a freekick which was hit by Clodoveo Franco. Bonifacio Luix hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Blas Dolcet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Luix cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Edgard Polo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 97 minutes, Blas Dolcet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivadavia AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Dolcet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rivadavia AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
