In the 31st minute, Alejandro Truylos fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Narciso Eron, passed just outside the right post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blas Dodorol to make the kick off. Severo Bikendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Luciano Montez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute Blas Dodorol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Eron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Montez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Maxin in the 66th minute of the match. Espartillar FC's Severo Bikendi got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Espartillar FC booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Inko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Santo Maxin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severo Bikendi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Luciano Montez made a huge save. In the 95th minute Santo Maxin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Montez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Maxin came free, but Luciano Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Espartillar FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
